I am sure that from time to time we all have had frustration experiences with computers, IT support, servicing equipment and the costs associated with these issues. I have recently closed down my NZ computer, but up to then for the past five years have been fortunate enough to have outatsnding srevice and support on a most cost effective basis to an extent that I thought it worthwhile referring the details to fiends and family in the Aucland wider region.

Eric has helped me out of many IT black holes over the years and still helps me to an extent in Australia when issues can be resolved at a distance.
At one stage, a little while back in my Auckland office, I had my hard drive crash and burn out the day before I was due to fly back to Australia and had a mass of Berkley Properties' reports to get out before I left. Eric not only responded to my urgent call for help, but rebuilt a hard drive for me that day, managed to find and save the information from the old hard drive and billed a very reasonable invoice. I was greatful that a friend referred Eric to me some years back and I hope that this information may be of help to you.
